Welcome to the Zen Room!

Namaste...welcome to the mystic musings from the Zen Room!    I am hoping to open up a dialog about Reiki and share and explore many healing pathways that work with the healing energies of Reiki and ones own journey!                                 One of my favorite quotes by Pierre Teilhard de Chardin is "We are not human beings on a spiritual journey. We are spiritual beings on a human journey!"  This I feel says so much about each and everyone of us and our personal and collective (as one) journey's on this planet. We are exploring being human and everything that may encompass...the good the bad and everything inbetween! So enjoy it and learn, grow, and move forward! We are not here to be perfect... we are here to explore the human condition... laugh, love, cry, be happy, be angry, be thin, be voluptuous, be anything and everything and most important be the very best person you are meant to be...and always be learning so you can move forward in your life! Growth is the ultimate destination.                                                               Reiki Blessings till the next time...Val
